Melissa and her hubbby recently returned from an incredible stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, and her experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From vibrant entertainment to world-class dining, this all-inclusive resort delivered on every detail — and then some.
The Resort Experience
The highlight of Melissa’s stay was the unforgettable Mexican fiesta, where lively entertainment and authentic cuisine set the stage for a magical evening. She and her husband were especially impressed by their butler, Val, who went above and beyond by decorating their room with balloons and rose petals, checking in daily, and providing helpful information about dining options.
Attentive bartenders at the pool and beach made it easy to relax, while staff worked tirelessly to keep the beach clear despite seasonal seaweed.
Dining & Entertainment
Food was a central part of the trip, with standout meals at the Italian restaurant — complete with a flaming cinnamon dessert — and the beachfront Mar restaurant, where fresh lobster was a highlight. The daily buffet variety and plentiful breakfast spread ensured every meal was satisfying.
At night, the entertainment wowed with everything from Lucha Libre wrestling to a Michael Jackson tribute show and a fiery performance on the beach.
Exploring Isla Mujeres
Melissa’s and her hubby also enjoyed a day trip to Isla Mujeres. With their Butler Val’s guidance, they used Uber to reach the ferry and found the journey smooth and safe. While there, they explored the island’s shops and dined at Ocean’s Isla, where crab cakes, carne asada tacos, and margaritas hit the spot. A stop at Cocoa Beach bar provided the perfect setting for drinks and ocean views.
Relaxing Stay
Overall, Melissa described Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres as an excellent choice for travelers who want to relax on property, with beautiful grounds, outstanding service, and endless dining options. While excursions to ruins or further afield can require longer travel times, she found the resort itself offered more than enough for a memorable vacation.
